Register for 2018-2019

Dear Prospective Family,

Blessed Sacrament School is proud to be celebrating over 50 years of academic and spiritual excellence.  We provide a safe and enriching environment that seeks to educate the whole child spiritually, intellectually, socially, physically and emotionally.  Our school community is one of the best, as is evident by the full engagement of our administration, teaching staff, support staff, families and students in all of our school endeavors.  We thank you for considering Blessed Sacrament School for your child and ask that you reference the admissions information below when applying.

Blessed Sacrament School’s admissions process will open on November 1, 2018 for the 2018-2019 school year. Admissions is a rolling process -- you can apply at any time as long as seats are available.  Priority is given to current BSS families and in-parish applicants.  We have a limited number of seats in each grade.  Should seats become unavailable, you will be given the option of being placed on a waiting list.  To secure a seat in one of our classrooms, we ask that you:

  • Complete the 2018-2019 Online Registration Form.  Alternatively, you may download and complete the 2018-2019 Registration Form.  The 3rd page of the paper form is for completion by Preschool and Pre-K families only. NOTE: The BSS Preschool program is currently full for the 2018-2019 school year. We do invite interested families to submit an application to be placed on our wait list. Last year, four families came off of our Preschool wait list, as family situations can frequently change in the months leading into the new school year.
  • Make a payment for the $20 application fee by clicking HERE.   Alternatively, a check for $20 be made payable to Blessed Sacrament School.
  • If you choose to download and complete the application offline, please send the Registration Form and fee to:

Blessed Sacrament School, Admissions

808 East Street

Walpole, MA 02081

  • Once we have received the Registration Form and fee, we will be in touch to discuss the next steps in the admissions process, including information about how to fully secure your child's seat in one of our classrooms.
  • Placement tests will be scheduled and administered in the Spring for students entering Grades K-8.  BSS will contact you with additional information.  We do not require an entrance exam.

I look forward to working with you throughout the admissions process and beyond.  Should you have any questions at any point in this process, please feel free to contact me at or 508-668-2336.
